Tom Eansor links media relations with broader management issues.

There are times when a communications or media relations issue is part of a larger unresolved management problem. When that happens, Tom Eansor works with us to help bridge the two.

Tom has experience and expertise in program and product management, supply chain management, operations and international marketing. He has particular expertise in client retention and was honored by The Alternative Board™ for his work in this area.

He is president of TJE Solutions Inc., and uses The Alternative Board™ as a platform for his business. The Alternative Board is a business coaching and peer advisory board for business people in three areas: Sales, finance and human resources. It connects those with vast amounts of real-life business experience to those who want to get practical advice, business introductions, and inspiration.

Prior to forming TJE, Tom was a senior manufacturing and operations executive at Nortel Networks for 25 years.  Before Nortel, he was at Chrysler Corp. for seven years.
