Before founding First Principles in 2004, Jana Schilder devoted more than 30 years to news, corporate public relations, marketing and employee communications, corporate transformation and communication training.

For the past 40 years, Brian Kilgore  has been a professional communicator, working as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, corporate PR executive and a media relations consultant.

Brian Harrison Smith helps our clients understand the relationship between communications programs and sales policies, enabling them to maximize profit opportunities from.

When a client wants to reach out and communicate directly with potential contacts, Neil Bruce helps them find, qualify and connect with these people.

After spending a quarter-century at Nortel Networks, Tom Eansor has been working as a consultant and business coach. In 2008, The Alternative Board group recognized his work in client retention.
