Canadian National Railway

My work for Canadian National Railway began immediately after the privatization, when this Crown Corporation became a publicly traded company.

CN's Chief Executive Officer, Paul Tellier,  is frequently mentioned among Canada's most influential, accomplished, and respected business executives, and it was a pleasure to work with him on transforming the culture of this railway.

An analysis of my work for CN is here.

KPMG's professional communications group acts much like an internal agency, with department's of the firm being treated like clients during my term as Senior Manager, Firm-Wide Communications. The Human Resources department received much attention, (see right) with careful thought given to the strategy and execution of recruitment and retention programs. Details of my work for HR and other departments are here.
